In 1976, I joined Merrill Lynch in Spokane and achieved Executive Club status in 1979-1980. In 1980, I helped open a Piper Jaffray office in Spokane achieving President's Club status in 1981-1992 as Senior Vice President and Sales Manager. In 1993,
I initially managed a Kemper Securities office in Spokane achieving Chairman's Circle of Excellence for 1994-1997 as Senior Vice President. In 1998,
I affiliated with Raymond James Financial in Spokane achieving President's and Leader's council 1999-2006. In February of 2007, I affiliated with AIG Financial Advisors, and in January of 2008 I changed affiliations to Northwest Investment Advisors, Inc. because I liked their local focus and philosophy at taking care of clients.
My education and personal information
includes a BS Business from Marian College 1974, an MBA from Eastern Washington University 1977 with an emphasis in marketing and finance. During 1966-1975, I served in Southeast Asia and was a Captain in the Army Green Berets. My wife Marilyn is a 1974 graduate of Marian College (Sociology), son Kenrick is a 2007 graduate of the University of Utah (Meteorology), and daughter Marissa is currently attending the Dental Assistant program at Spokane Community College. My hobbies include golf, skiing, scuba diving and gardening.
I am a member of the Spokane Club, Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church, Southside Senior Activity Center, and have helped various churches and non-profit organizations in the community with financial aid, fund raising, marketing and board support.
